Anti-Mistellektin-1-Antikörper (Anti-ML-1-AK) während der Viscumtherapie

Abstract: During therapy with viscum-preparations are apearing anti-mistletoe-lectin IgG-antibodies (anti-ML-1-IgG-AK) dependent on the given mistletoe lectin dosis. Probably the subclasses of these anti-ML-1-IgG-AK are given a reference to stimulation of the Th1 lymphocytes (production of IgG1 or/and possible lgG3) or Th2 lymphocytes (production of IgG2 or/and IgG4). The possibilities of improvement of mistletoe therapy through control of these anti-ML-1-IgG subclasses will be discussed and a proposal of treatment will be formulated.
