Abstract: The simple neural therapy at Locus dolendi with subsequent stretching of the muscles at trigger points and pain projected from these points (referred pain) has been astonishingly successful very often. In the case of resistance to therapy or recurrences, the pathomechanisms as well as the segmental and reflex interlinking of skin, locomotor apparatus and inner organs have to be taken into consideration for the purpose of further optimum messures.
