Richtige Ernährung als Prävention gegen Osteoporose

Abstract: Today it is known, that osteoporosis is a disease of the bones, which can be stopped as well as prevented. An adequate diet and regular physical exercises are the best prevention. This needs, however, an active participation of everybody which has to take place as early as possible. Already in early youth a "bone-friendly diet" should be taken into consideration. A wrong diet in youth increases the risk in old age, to become ill of osteoporosis. This is the reason why one should do without "calcium robbers" of all kinds and should live bone-friendly on milk and milk products as well as certain vegetables. Finally it has to be mentioned, that it is especially the responsibility of parents, to recommend their children a diet, which is rich in calcium.
