Abstract: In the present study, the effect of bread drink, a lactic drink that is fermented with a specially produced coarse wholemeal bred, on the course of psoriatic clinical pictures is described. Many years of experience with the treatment of psoriasis hint at the successful use of breadgrain acids with respect to this disease. The aim was, to evaluate this experience in detail by a study of 12 months, which involved 41 patients (20 women and 21 men). In addition to the use of breadgrain acids, the participants of the study also followed the dietetic guidelines set up by the dietician.The positive study results described in the discourse have been documented impressively by photographs on the one hand and on the other hand verified by stool examinations, reductions or abandonment of ointments and drugs as well as criteria with respect to a general improvement of the state of health.
