Supervision in context: a balancing act

Abstract: The paper explores the concept of supervision in general, and music therapy supervision in particular. It suggests factors which have to be taken into acount in each supercisory relationship, and looks at finding a balance in accomodating these factors within a clear supervisory frame. This is illustrated by a case material from the author´s own supervisory work.
