Abstract: The diseases of the gastrointestinal tract in general and the portion of inflammable and malign diseases in particular have increased for several years despite intensive medical efforts. Against this background, cluster medicine tries to offer not a particularistic, but rather a holistic approach for a solution. In the foreground of the treatment ot inflammable intestinal diseases is the sanitization of the dental root foci, where toxins of former infections unrecognizably control the process in the background as well as the restoration of the "selfacceptance" of the patients. Both is possible via the feedback with "information clusters", which makes a structural and lasting solution of the problems possible, when on the part of the patients the basic willingness to change imporant things in their life is present and they do not only accept their rules for acting, but rather translate them into action.
