Marx) Zusammenfassung Aufgrund verbesserter operativer und anästhesiologischer Möglichkeiten sowie präoperativer Diagnostik erhalten heute immer mehr Patienten ein Urostoma. Auch die Zahl von Patienten mit inneren Harnleiterschienen steigt. Vor allem maligne Erkrankungen bedingen passagere oder definitive Urinableitungen bei denen neben medizinischen Indikationen auch psychosoziale Faktoren berücksichtigt werden müssen.
