Verreibungen fester Arzneigrundstoffe

Abstract: Triturations according to prescription 6 of the HAB were investigated. Ti could be shown, that the conditions of the production has to be optimized carefully to ensure a good pharmaceutical quality. The mixing degree f the trituration was used as a measure for the pharmaceutical quality. It is suggested, that at least triturations with degree of dilution D1, which were produced by a mortar mill, has to be analysed with regard to mixing degrees of dilution have to be manufactured according to the opttimized conditions for the production of the D1-triturations.
