UVB/HOT in der Schmerztherapie

Abstract: Methods of UVB and HOT are distinguished by additional foaming by oxygen in HOT, a double of irradiation time and slower reinfusion in HOT. The activated oxygen, important for pain therapy acts in both methods. Although in modern devices no ozon appears, both methods shares with ozontherapy the splitted activated oxygen. This removes tissue acidosis in the histion basic system as the cause of pain in oxygen usage disturbances.The role of biogenic amines as mediators in pain promotion as well as thrombocyte hyperaggregability, erythrocyte deformabilitiy and other microcirculation problems as well as phagocytosis and by those produced interleukines are discussed.
