Network Aspects of Old Chinese Patterns

Abstract: In this paper, traditional Chinese knowledge is combined with modern science. First we present a recent interpretation of psychical processes in view of old Chinese systems (yin-yang, circuit of elements). A mathematical network helps to calculate more or less yin-yang balanced dynamics including rigidity. Finally, consequences and conditions for well-balanced therapy (acupuncture as well as psychotherapy) are discussed.
