Dangerous mental patients: Difficulty of prevention

Abstract: Through two clinical observations the author suggests that the dangerousness in psychiatry: may lie in a double diagnostic register : those of major depression and paranoid schizophrenia, should give rise to new research work based on advanced technologies : computer synthesis of anamnestic, clinical and psychopathological inventories; audio-visual simulation of pathogenic situations;perhaps, virtual realty, maybe does not always thwart the clinical predictive evaluation, provided that it is not selective (spot check), but simultaneously and jointly done by at least two psychiatrists.
