Abstract: Energetic medicin is in it's principles mostly unknown and scientifically unproofed. Nevertheless it can help the practitioner to sometimes sensational diagnostic findings. The same time it can give wrong results so that the tester could be deeply depressed. Therefore it is necessary to see the testing as an outstanding method which should be placed at the end of a diagnostic process, when ordinary and well known diagnostic method's have come to an end. Finally some ideas are explained to come to a scientific approach of energetic medicine.
