Metabolisches Syndrom - transparent durch BFD-Testung

Abstract: At the beginning, the metabolic syndrome (in the US also called "Factor X") is presented with its metabolic connections. The different components, which trigger this syndrome, are discussed: i.e. its genetic basis, a malnutrition, lack of motion, and the lack of the chromiferous "glucose tolerance factor". The consequences of a longterm metabolic malfunction by insulin resistance and consecutive hyperinsulinaemia are discussed in detail, so it becomes possible to recognize the significance of an early diagnosis, e.g. with the help of the BDF short test, and its early therapy. In the second part we mention in detail the BDF short test and its semiquantitative expressiveness. Via the mutual neutralization of deviating desired test values, the dependencies can be made clear. Examples for this are quoted. Then some typical cases for a metabolic syndrome are presented and the significance of the chromiferous glucose tolerance factor is discussed. This shows, that the metabolic abnormality with the result of a hyperinsulinaemia as a cardinal symptom of the metabolic syndrome has different consequences. They can be made clear with the help of certain test results and their neutralization with regard to triggering factors to normal values. Primarily deviations from the standard in lipometabolism (triglyceride and cholesterol) as well as secondary consequences for certain organs (Art. coronaria, renes, hepar) can be seen. Tertiary consequences appear in the energy metabolism (ATP and ubiquinone = coenzyme Q 10). With the help of the neutralization we can then prove its interdependence of individual prefactors. Therapeutical possibilities can be worked out by a test.
