Die Auswirkungen von Brotgetreidesäuren im statistischen Vergleich

Abstract: Bread drink is a fermented, lactic drink made of specially produced whole-wheat bread. Due to its remarkable detoxifying effect, the drink with a sourish taste has become more and more known and there have been some important examinations.For about 15 years, the bread drink has been used. There are people who have drunken the bread drink since this time, in quantities of 0.1, liters to 1.5 liters per day. The evaluation of 1700 questionnaires distributed to regular consumers of bread drink showed the following results: - women, who drank the bread drink during pregnancy, had exclusively healthy children, although father and mother suffer from an atopy (allergy, asthma, skin diseases). - people, who have drunken the bread drink for many years were operated or had to attend a hospital less often than other people.- many complaints, as e. g. constipation, itching, sleep disturbances, pain, deficiency of drive, cough and cold improved and did not recur.- women in their menopause reported about an improvement of their complaints.
