Begleitende Krebstherapie mit UVB/ HOT-Monitoring mit dem optischen Erythrozytentest (OET) nach Linke

Abstract: With OET (optical erythrocyte test) by Linke we have the nex chance of monitoring ultraviolet irradiation of blood or other immune modulations. The needed devices, the important steps of the procedure, criteria of evaluation and further options of OET anre described, which are to perform very cheaply for small practices, if a microscope with strong phase constrast is available. The up to time experiences of the International Medical Working Society for Ultraviolet Irradiation of Blood (UVB/ HOT) (imprinted society) with HOT and UVB in post-operative tumor metaphylaxis, relaps prophylaxis and cancer prophylaxis in combination with other immune modulating methods are described.
