Abstract: Because the full depth and range of a homoeopathic remedy can never be known and teh basis of selection of a remedy is also similarly varying, one should not fault a colleague, who adopts different methods as the circumstances may require without however deviationg from the basic principles. A case of aluminaintoxication, treated with Alumina and Spigelia is reported.
