Abstract: The relevance of a general symptom for finding the remedy, its rubric in the Synthetic Repertory as well as the importance to study the materia medica is pointed out by means of the case. THis Rauwolfia case should encourage to undertake further provings of the remedy, which is the author´s special concern bein the speaker of the austrian Society of Homoeopathic Medicine for AMP.
