Abstract: Elisabeth Rieger-Haug Diplompsychologin Klinik Markgröningen - Psychologischer Dienst - Zusammenfassung Rehabilitation ist der Prozeß der von einer Be-hinderung zur Ent-hinderung führen soll. Dieser Prozeß hat sofort bei Eintritt einer Schädigung zu beginnen. Unabdingbare Voraussetzung dafür ist die enge Zusammenarbeit des Rehabilitanden mit allen Fachbereichen und der Fachbereiche untereinander. Klinische Psychologie ist einer dieser Fachbereiche mit den Aufgabenschwerpunkten Diagnostik Beratung Therapie Forschung Aus- und Fortbildung sowie Organisations- Betriebs- und Institutionsberatung. Psychologische Aufgabe in Forschung Theorie und Praxis ist an der Gestaltung einer humaneren Welt mitzuarbeiten. The Tasks of Clinical Psychology in the Rehabilitation of Persons with Severe Physical Disability Rehabilitation is a process intended to lead from dis-ablement to en-ablement. This process must begin at the very onset of an impairment with close cooperation of the rehabilitee with all the specialities involved as well as among these specialities being an indispensable prerequisite. Clinical psychology is one of these specialities its primary emphases are diagnostics counselling therapy research staff training and further education as well as organizational operational and institutional counselling. To take part in shaping a more humane world is a task of psychology in research theory and practice.
