Asthmoide Bronchitis bei Kindern

Abstract: Dr. med. H. Hauptmann Arzt für Kinderheilkunde Augsburg Zusammenfassung Anhand eines kurzen Falles werden das richtige bzw. falsche Vorgehen bei der homöopathischen Behandlung des Asthma bronchiale bzw. der asthmoiden Bronchitis erörtert. Dabei erscheint die Unterteilung in A) Therapie des akuten Anfalles und B) Behandlung der vitalen Grundstörung am sinnvollsten. Die Situation des einzelnen Kranken muß jedoch stets berücksichtigt werden. Als wichtigstes Mittel gegen das sykotisch-allergische Asthma im Kindesalter wird Natrium sulfuricum vorgestellt. Zur Akutbehandlung sind häufig "Angstmittel" wie Aconit Belladonna Stramonium und Arsen ferner Ipecacuanha Sambucus nigra Cuprum metallicum und Dulcamara angezeigt. Diese werden kurz dargestellt. Als Beispiel für die Behandlung der vitalen Grundstörung wird aus der Vielzahl der therapeutischen Ansätze als häufige Verursachung des Asthma bronchiale die Unterdrückung von Hautausschlägen angeführt. Aus der Gruppe der hiergegen bewährten homöopathischen Arzneien werden Pulsatilla und Sulfur anhand einer Kasuistik genauer geschildert. Summary Based on a brief case the right resp. wrong procedure in the homoeopathic treatment of the asthma bronchiale and the asthmoid bronchitis respectively is discussed. In this the subdivision into A) therapy of the acute attack and B) treatment of the vital basic disorder seems to be most appropriate. However the Situation of the individual patient must always be considered. Sodium sulfuricum is presented as most important drug against the sycotic-allergic asthma in infancy. For the acute treatment "fear drugs" as aconite belladonna stramonium and arsenic further ipecacuanha sambucus nigra cuprum metallicum and dulcamara are indicated. They are briefly described. As an example for the treatment of the vital basic disorder the suppression of rashes as the frequent cause of the asthma bronchiale is mentioned from the great variety of the therapeutical approaches. From the group of the homoeopathic drugs which proved true against such rashes pulsatilla and sulphur are described in more detail on the basis of a casuistry.
