Abstract: Dr. med. W. Gawlik Greiling Zusammenfassung Zwei Themen werden nicht von der diagnostischen sondern nur von der therapeutischen Seite her besprochen. Die erektile Insuffizienz bzw. die funktionelle Koitusinsuffizienz. Die dafür notwendigen Medikamente werden mit ihren typischen Symptomen und Modalitäten dargestellt. Das zweite Thema das auch in der heutigen Zeit noch als berührungsempfindliches Tabu behandelt wird. Es wird gezeigt daß auch im Alter noch Streß existiert dessen Abbau mit nicht hetzender sondern beschaulicher Zeit und Ruhe anläuft durchaus noch mit befriedigendem Ausgang. Alter ist nicht vegetieren es ist Leben mit Erfahrung und Toleranz eigentlich der Höhepunkt des Lebens. Summary Two topics are not discussed from the diagnostic but from the therapeutical view: "The erectile insufficiency resp. the functional coitus insufficiency". The medicaments required therefore are described with their typical symptoms and modalities. The second topic is the "Sexuality in old age" an issue that also today is still treated as a taboo to which one is sensitive to touch upon. It is shown that also in Old age stress is still existing the reduction of which does not commence with hurrying but with comfortable time and peace and that by all means still with satisfying end. Old age does no mean to vegetate it is life with experience and tolerance actually the climax of life.
