Abstract: Sound communication, expressed by instrumental sound, signifies immediately and without linguistic mediations the genuine emotional level of the moment. Sound production by patients can create a powerful interactive context where each plays an independent role. Relational therapy is able to value how these interactive events are used and to introduce elements of change in this process. (author)
