Differentialtherapie am Kniegelenk - Modell einer allgemeinen klinischen Arthrologie

Abstract: On the basis of extensive experiences, well documented in an established orthopedic practice, and especially with regard to an efficient therapy, the general and systematic usage of the term of the "irritated knee" ("irritated joint") is suggested here. It is recommended to use pure Procain (Lidocain) for intra-articular injections, being a highly effective differential method and remedy which has practically no side effect.When using a proved graded plan which is based upon that and which follows a suitable therapy, the effectiveness of a conservative therapy increases considerably. Delayed clinical courses concerning the knee are considered to decrease from the functional point of view, and surgical intervention is maintained to be exceptional.It is recommended to transfer this model to the whole arthrology, for it represents the basis of an entire and practical medical therapy, whose fundamental principle is the intervertebral joint.
