Abstract: Kinesiology as the theory of the muscular movement is ideally suited to determine the physical, emotional and mental processes of a patient without an excessive use of apparatuses.Stress mechanisms as well as acupuncture are suited as explanation models. Common to the different kinds of kinesiology (e.g. applied kinesiology, dental k.-, psychic k., holistick.) is the isometric muscle test for the diagnosis. Either an indicator muscle or a specific muscle is used.Physioenergetics (holistic k.) also uses the arm's length reflex (AR) according to v. Assche, which, as it is the case with the muscle test, only includes a change of polarity in the sense of a switch and no evaluation.The therapeutical possibilities result from the different fields, according to what one intends to do.Therefore acupuncture or physiotherapeutical and chirotherapeutical or osteopathic techniques are made use of.In addition to this, the drug test is used, which is only known from the bioenergetic regulation procedures (EAV, BFD, Vega). A very effective therapy, especially for psychotherapy, is the so-called emotional stress reduction (ESR) which can determine with the help of the age recession the exact trigger of stress and its beginning. Especially pointed out is the mental concentration and attitude which is important during the test, as well as the check of the "biological computer" which are necessary if one wants to find out whether the test results are right or not.
