Abstract: Great problems of today are the acid rain and the overacidity of the world. Also the man has great problems. Own measurings of acidity and bases in man had the results of strong overacidity. Especially patients with diseases of stomach and intestins and in natural food had these results. Important is the diagnose according to Mayr. Because of the overacidity of the man of today are bases very important during a treatment.
