The notion of health and illness within the framework of science and possible alternatives

Abstract: Two and a half thousand years ago. the search for "truth" has led to the development of "frames of thinking" which may differ from culture to culture. However, they are unconsciously presupposed and not questioned when it comes to specific decisions or concrete problem solving. In our culture, the "axioms" were completed by Aristotle and require unique definition of all notions, and elimination of all contradictions between statements. Thus, any generally acceptable description of a phenomenon must follow these axioms. e. reproducibility, quantification and analysis. seful but cannot cover the whole complexity of a human being.
