Prophylaxis of tularemia infection in mice using agitated ultra-high dilutions of tularemia-infected tissue

Abstract: Recent studies have suggested that alterations of the solution in which low doses are prepared may also produce effects when those solutions are vortexed or agitated during the dilution process. Reports of immuno- modulation with agitated ultra-high dilutions (AUHDs) of cytokines. hor- mones, minerals, and whole tissue led us to inquire whether an AUHD preparation of a mixture of immunogens produced by F. tularensis-infec- ted mice could protect against d be repeated. confirmed by other investigators and evaluated further.
