Abstract: Prof. Dr. F. Hopfer Wien Zusammenfassung Fast jeder Mensch klagt im Laufe seines Lebens über Wirbelsäulenbeschwerden. Dabei sind Schmerzen im Bereich der Lenden-Becken-Hüftregion führend. Die Neuraltherapie ermöglicht es nicht nur zuverlässig und rasch eine Diagnose zu stellen sondern sie ist auch eine zielführende Therapieform. Die lokalen Interventionsmöglichkeiten die ausschließlich klinischen Ursprungs sind reichen von Ouaddeln über den affektierten Partien über tiefere Injektionen in die verspannten Muskelareale Injektionen an die kleinen Wirbelgelenke bis zu den Injektionen an Nervenwurzelgebiete. Bei Versagen der lokalen Therapieansätze muß das verantwortliche Störfeld gesucht und ausgeschaltet werden um eine anhaltende Beschwerdefreiheit zu sichern. Summary In the course of his or her life almost every person complains about trouble with the vertebral column. Pains in the lumbar-pelvic-sciatic region are prevailing. The neural therapy does it not only make possible to make a certain and fast diagnosis but it also is a purposeful form of therapy. The possibilities of local intervention which are exclusively of clinical origin are reaching from intracutaneous injections above the affected parts and deeper injections into the area of tense muscles injections to the lesser spondyles to the injections at regions of the roots of nerves. In case that the approaches of local therapy fail then the responsible disturbing field must be revealed and eliminated in order to ensure that the patient will permanently be free of complaints.
