Herfarth) Heidelberg Zusammenfassung Durch Wahl der geeigneten Stomaposition und korrekte Operationstechnik ist die Stomaversorgung in aller Regel einfach. Die Beutelversorgung kann jedoch durch postoperative Stomakomplikationen erschwert sein. Hierzu werden die wichtigsten Früh- und Spätkomplikationen einschließlich der therapeutischen Möglichkeiten dargestellt. Für die schwierige Stomaversorgung wird auf die Hilfestellung des Stomatherapeuten und der nationalen Patienten-Selbsthilfegruppen (ILCO und DCCV) hingewiesen. Management and Complications of Stomata: The management of stomata is usually made easy by selecting the propriate stoma position and using correct operative technique. Problems with stoma care can develop from postoperative complications. The most common early and late complications including their treatment are described. Help for difficult cases is offered by specially trained stoma-therapists and nationally organized patients' self-help associations (ILCO and DCCV). ab
