Bähr Lehrstuhl Psychologie I der Universität Mannheim Zusammenfassung Thema des vorliegenden Beitrags ist die Integration und Rehabilitation psychisch kranker und behinderter Menschen in der Arbeitswelt. Wichtigste Aspekte dabei sind die sozialen Beziehungen am Arbeitsplatz. Die Beiträge die die medizinisch-psychiatrische berufliche Rehabilitation erbringen sollte werden zum Schluß thesenartig dargestellt.
