Grundlagen einer therapeutischen Physiologie der Kurbehandlung

Abstract: Physiotherapy and spa medicine have to base an a therapeutic physiology considering the processes of recovery (hygiogenesis) the bases of self-healing and hygiogenetically oriented therapy. Processes of recovery supported by good care et al., improvement of regulation by practice with normalization effects as a result of increased functional economy, and adaptive increases in capacity together form the basis of the hyogiogenetically oriented therapy. Besides adaptation physiology chronophysiology is the most important basis due to the periodically structured longterm processes it initiates and its time-oriented method of treatment. Essential for understanding therapeutic normalization processes is the provable connection between Standard and functional optimum, it can also be shown for trophicoplastic functions.
