Abstract: The treatment with manual lymphatic drainage in combination with heat and soft tractions has to be done in the patient's most agreable and as much as possible painless position. So first pathologically disturbed tension and pathologic spasm of the muscle has to be reduced carefully before physiological tension can be regained by differentiated motion therapy.
