Abstract: In the case of arthropathy it must be determined whether it is an inflammatory or a sclerotic-degenerative process. As a typical example for the knowledge of therapeutical measures, the acute polyarthritis is contrasted with arthritis deformans. In the first case it is a blocking within the aqueous process in the other case it is a dry, degenerative process. Therefore two polar drugs are indicated in these cases: in the first case Merkur, in the other case Stannum. The description comprises details of the execution of the therapy and complements.
