Hermann Psychiatrische Universitätsklinik Düsseldorf Zusammenfassung Nach einer Unterscheidung in Primär- und Sekundärangst werden die eigentlichen Angsterkrankungen anhand bestehender Systeme klassifiziert und die Leitlinien zur Beratung der Angst-Patienten werden dargelegt. Die psychotherapeutischen Vorgehensweisen werden anhand der Einteilung nach DSM-III vorgestellt. Alle Interventionen betonen die Notwendigkeit sich der Angst zu stellen. Counselling and Psychotherapy in Anxiety States: Following a distinction into primary and secondary anxiety the essential anxiety disorders are classified following the existent systems and the guidelines of counseling are stated. Psychotherapeutical proceedings are described by means of the classification of the DSM-III. All interventions accentuate the necessity to face one's anxiety. ab
