Privatärztliche Abrechnung der Homöopathie

Ärztlicher Dienst Hallesche-Nationale Krankenversicherung aG Stuttgart Zusammenfassung Obwohl die Homöopathie bis heute nicht als wissenschaftlich allgemein anerkannt gelten kann wird sie jedoch in der Regel von den Unternehmen der privaten Krankenversicherung erstattet. Die langdauernde homöopathische Erstanamnese kann nach Mitteilung der Bundesärztekammer nach den GOÄ-Ziffern 807 bzw. 860 analog berechnet werden jedoch nur einmal im Behandlungsfall. Der gesonderte Ansatz von Analogziffern für wiederholte Repertorisationen ist nicht möglich. Nicht erstattet von der privaten Krankenversicherung werden häufig Behandungsmaßnahmen die weder wissenschaftlich anerkannt sind noch mit den Prinzipien der Homöopathie übereinstimmen. Es handelt sich dabei vor allem um polypragmatische Medikamentenverordnungen insbesondere bei Kombinationspräparaten Hochpotenzen Nosoden und die Elektroakupunktur nach Voll (EAV). The private health insurance companies do not compensate for frequent treatments which are neither scientifically approved her consistent with the principles of the homoeopathy.
