Die Neuraltherapie in der Geriatrie

Abstract: Dr. med. G. Hopfer Wien Zusammenfassung Die Erfolge bei der Behandlung des alten Menschen mit klinischen Mitteln sind vielfach nicht zufriedenstellend. Schwierigkeiten bereiten einerseits die Vielfalt der Beschwerdebilder andererseits die Nebenwirkungen der Medikamente. Weitere erschwerende Faktoren sind die nicht absehbaren Interaktionen einzelner Therapeutika und die UnverIäßlichkeit mancher Patienten die sich nicht an die korrekte Verordnung halten. Die Neuraltherapie kann durch die regulierende Eigenschaff der Lokalanästhetika das Wohlbefinden der Patienten entscheidend verbessern. In weiterer Folge lassen sich die zu verordnenden Medikamente auf ein Minimum reduzieren. In dieser Abhandlung wird auf einige der meist einfachen und gefahrlosen therapeutischen Wege eingegangen. Summary The results obtained in the clinical treatment of old people are often not satisfying. Difficulties arise on the one hand from the great variety of the symptomatologies and on the other hand from the side-effects of the medicaments. Other factors rendering the treatment more difficult are the interactions of various therapeuticals that cannot be anticipated as well as the unreliability of some patients who do not follow the correct prescription. The neuraltherapy is able significantly to improve the good health of the patients and that through the regulative property of local anaesthetics. Subsequently the prescribed medicaments can be reduced to a minimum. In this treatise some of the mostly simple and safe therapeutical ways are discussed. wt
