Abstract: Although within the course of about 30 years nothing has on principle changed in the field of reanimation for the medical practice of the practitioner it seems to be important again to point out that only the swiftness with which he acts in the right way can improve the results of his efforts: bringing the patients into the right position; keeping the respiratory tract free; spending breath; external massage of the heart; infusion; medicaments; training of the associated in the medical practice. The own manual training in established methods will ensure the successful treatment.
