Die Therapie mit Rechtsmilchsäure (L(+)-Milchsäure) im Zahn-, Mund- und Kieferbereich

Abstract: The dental caries as well as the parodontal disease can not only be considered as a local appearance, but as the expression of a considerably disturbed metabolism. In general, these patients suffer - beside a dysbiosis of the oral flora - also from a severe disturbance of the physiological intestinal flora. Fungus infection plays an important part, disturbing the absorbability of the intestine.This leads to a weakening- of the defensive conditions of the organism.The elimination of this dysbacteria considered as an important therapy concept. The treatment with L(+) lactic acid plays an important part beside measures - particularly the change of diet. A strict therapy with L(+) lactic acid allows to restitute the normal intestinal floras within a few weeks. Rinsings with L(+' in case of inflammations of the locally relieve the subjective t) oral hygiene with L(+) lactic acid is recommended after operations in the jaw and tonsil area as this is also realized in case of seriously ill patients, especially after the operation of the intestine to prevent aphthous stomatitis.
