Abstract: Describes a program of psychotherapeutic measures designed to alleviate the psychological and emotional tension of industrial (engineering-technical) personnel. In the program, 11-12 sessions of individual and group psychotherapy (autogenic training, hypnosis, and music therapy) are provided over a 2.5-mo period. The effectiveness of the method is rated subjectively (psychological and somatovegetative ratings) and objectively (industrial production parameters). (English abstract)
