Self-experience of young patients with anorexia nervosa

Abstract: Various empirical results concerning anorexia-specific systems observed during the course of the illness are presented and compared with data from a control group. The data indicate that often the disorders are long-term and may continue even after weight normalisation. the consequences of this for diagnostics anf treatment are discussed.
