Das Zervikalsyndrom und Störfeld

Abstract: The neural therapy according to Huneke is an, effective treatment to eliminate the cervical syndrome. The injection of small amounts of depressants and stimulants at all structures affected by the pathological process (periosteum, perimysium, cutis, neurilemma and ganglions) has a better therapeutic response than the non-specific muscular infiltration of large amounts of a local anaesthetic: weal therapy approx. 2-3cm beside the vertebral column, through the weal with a 6cm long needle to the periosteum, infiltration of the puncture channel during the withdrawal. It is important to make the injection at the aponeurosis inserted an the cranium. In case of a therapeutic failure a field of disturbance has to be located which can often be found near the tonsils and even more often within the dentonnaxillary area. The field of disturbance either causes directly the pain (that means, the patient is symptom-free after its elimination) or it is responsible for a regulatory rigidity. In the second case the patient still suffers from his symptoms after the elimination of the field of disturbance, however, the previously ineffective segmental treatment is now effective. So, do not stop if the field of disturbance seems not to be found. In order to avoid incidents the following is necessary:a) precise anatomical knowledge,b) after each contact of the injection needle with the periosteum the needle has to be changed,c) careful aspiration,d) depressants and stimulants with depot admixtures must not be used.Secondary findings: The weal therapy of the cervical spine often eliminates the vertigo of old people as well as "cardivascular disorders" of young people and is able to influence positively a sinusitis. The injection at the transverse processes C6, C7 relieves angina pectoris and this even after an infarct.
