Wirksamkeit der Akupunktur und Elektroakupunktur bei Rhinopathia allergica - eine prospektive, randomisierte Vergleichsstudie

Abstract: The efficacy of acupuncture and electropuncture was compared in 92 therapyresistant patients with allergical rhinopathy in a randomized clinical study.The two methods are a valuable addition in treatment of pollinosis because of economical relation between duration of therapy, benefit and risk.A therapeutical trial seems to be worthful in patients, who do not respond to hyposensibility treatment during several years. Even in patients with severe course, that have been treated with cortisone, expected a good improvement.
