Abstract: Two biological systems sensitive to in vitro stimulation by Regeneresen are described, namely the interferon-induced (2Â‘-5Â‘)-oligoadenylate synthetase in lymphocytes, and the oligo-ribonucleotide-dependent priming of DNA replication. In the first case, stimulation could also be shown in nine patients treated with AU 4. The significance of both systems for the therapeutic effects of Regeneresen remains to be elucidated.
