Verhaltenstherapie für oder gegen die Angst?

Abstract: Basicly anxiety is fear of the self, and of one's own feelings, that are not understood and are suppressed by the unconscious. The usual behaviour therapeutic methods force the repression more and more in that one tries to condition the anxiety or to overcome it step by step. It's more important that the patient learns to become emotionally accustomed to his supposed unconscious areas. Therefore he must learn a behaviour, that does not shut out, but incorporates his own feelings.
