Abstract: Within the frame of a multicentric study the efficacy, compatibility and way of application of the homeopathic combination preparation Cralonin drops and solution for injection were investigated. For this purpose 2,178 evaluable casuistries from 317 physicians were available. The preparation turned out to be most frequently used in the medical practice with the indications centering on functional cardiac disorders, postinfectious complaints pertaining to the heart, old-age heart, coronary heart disease/angina pectoris and hypotension/dysregulation of the blood circulation. Good results of the treatment have been documented with all of these areas of Indication. The compatibility of the preparation was very good.
