Abstract: The article deals with the development of a technique for the treatment of neurodystrophic syndromes of cervical osteochondrosis precluding the use of pharmacologic drugs. The technique involving microacupuncture, originally designed manual therapeutic techniques and corporal acupuncture was applied to 87 patients with neurodystrophic syndromes of cervical osteochondrosis including patients with brachioclavicular periarthrosis, brachial epicondylitis, styloiditis. The technique made it possible to obtain a therapeutic effect 1.5 to 2 times faster than using the conventional methods in these groups of patients.
