Abstract: In order to clarify the differences, the effects as well as the application of the various oxygen therapies the oxygen supply by intravenous injection according to Regelsberger is introduced in a short treatise.In 1953, Regelsberger, a neurosurgeon, has developed the Oxygen supply by intravenous injection for the classical medicine. It is no therapy for the emergency and it is contraindicated in case of all acute disorders.It is succesfully applied in case of diseases which are accompanied by anoxaemia.Many questions concerning the effect of oxygen which is supplied by intravenous injection still remain open. Clinic and science are requested to help in order to find the solution of these questions.
