Die Handfunktion bei Patienten mit Rheumatoid Arthritis im Jahresverlauf

Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Physiotherapie (Direktor: Prof. Dr. sc. med. R. CALLIES) der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena Zusammenfassung 24 Pat. mit Rheumatoid Arthritis erhielten in Abständen von 6 Monaten eine dreiwöchige ambulante oder kurörtliche Physiotherapie. Es erfolgten monatliche Kontrollen der Bewegungsmaße und spezieller Funktionswerte der Hände. Eine Abnahme der Greifkraft der Hände im Jahresverlauf ist erkennbar. Es kommt aber auch zur Abnahme der Steifigkeit der Hände. Die Notwendigkeit einer Kraftschulung im Rahmen des kontinuierlichen Therapieplanes wird. diskutiert. Summary 24 patients with rheumatoid arthritis underwent a three weeks´ physiotherapy in an outpatient department or a spa in intervals of six months. Monthly controls of the degrees of motion and of the special functional values of the hands were performed. A decrease of the grip of the hands is to be recognized in the course of the year. But also the rigidity of the hands decreases. The necessity of a power training within the continuous plan of therapy is discussed. ___MH
