Die Ileosacralgelenke im Rahmen der rheumatischen Erkrankungen*)

Abstract: Eingegangen am 1. März 1963 Aus der Rheumaklinik und dem physikalisch-balneologischen Institut Leukerbad (Schweiz) (Chefarzt: Dr. N. F e l l m a n n) Zusammenfassung Es werden bei 193 Fällen aufgeteilt in fünf Gruppen (Spondylitis ankylopoetica seropositive und seronegative primär chronische Polyarthritis Arthritis urica und Arthrosen) röntgenologisch die Ileosacralgelenke analysiert. Sowohl bei den Polyarthritikern als auch bei der Arthritis urica-Gruppe läßt sich eine gehäufte entzündliche Beteiligung der Ileosacralgelenke feststellen was die Ansicht bekräftigt daß ein Ileosacralgelenksbefall im Rahmen des entzündlich rheumatischen Formenkreises für eine Spondylitis ankylopoetica nicht pathognomonisch sein muß. Summary In 193 patients the sacroiliae joints were examined by X-rays. These cases were divided in five groups: ankylosing spondylitis seropositive and seronegative rheumatoid arthritis arthritis urica and osteo-arthritis. In the polyarthritic patients as well as in the group of arthritis urica we found a heaping of inflammatory affliction of the sacroiliac joints which affirmed the opinion that this affliction ais a part of inflammatory rheumatic pathology is not always pathognomonic for ankylosing spondylitis. ___MH
