Abstract: Summary The article presents the results of studies of the influence of mountain climate an the course of hypertensive vascular disease. The investigations have shown that mountain climate facilitates normalization of the arterial pressure particularly in patients with hypertensive vascular disease of the I and II stage without manifestations of circulatory disturbance and in patients with hypotension. . . .
